《解放军医学杂志》编辑部组织军内外麻醉、内外科、急救医学等学科的部分专家和教授,于1986年6月在南京举办心肺脑复苏专题座谈会,交流了军内外有关复苏的临床经验和理论研究。会议上,代表们一致认为复苏的成功关键在于现场及时抢救;进一步肯定了建立和保持通畅的呼吸道、施行人工呼吸和人工心脏按压这三个步骤作为复苏的基本措施。心肺复苏模型的研究、低温脑复苏,高压氧在复苏中的应用、溺水复苏、复苏后并发症的防治,以及会议对我国脑死亡际准的讨论等实验和临床经验,标志着我国心肺脑复苏技术和理论水平的不断提高。与会者对加速心肺脑复苏普及、加强复苏队伍的训练和组织提出了呼吁。为了提高基层医务人员的复苏技术水平,本刊选登座谈会部分材料和来稿,以飨读者。
