水文研究目的指在对照性分析961例老年性肺心病及554例非老年性肺心病患者的血气分析.结果表明:1、两组患者中,老年组酸碱失调发生率高于非老年组(P<0.05);2、老年组呼酸发生率大于非老年组,且失代偿的多(P<0.01);3、呼酸并代酸及代酸老年组也明显大于非老年组(P<0.01);4、代碱、呼碱及呼碱并代碱则是非老年组高(P<0.01),5、“三重性”酸碱失调的发生率是老年组大于非老年组(P<0.05).
The hydrologic study aims to analyze the blood gas analysis of 961 elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease and 554 non-elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease. The results showed that: 1, the incidence of acid-base disorders in the elderly group was higher than that in the non-elderly group (P <0.05); 2, the incidence of acidosis in the elderly group was higher than that in the non-elderly group, P <0.01); 3, Huiyu and acid and acid generation in elderly group was also significantly greater than non-elderly group (P <0.01); 4, generation of alkali, (P <0.01). 5. The incidence of “triple” acid-base disorders was higher in the elderly group than in the non-elderly group (P <0.05).
