实现襟翼在空间三予定位置的设计要求,运用运动几何原理分解其位移,通过瞬时螺旋运动来确定其运动机构。 本文应用画法几何投影变换方法来研究瞬时螺旋运动有关构造、位移等参数之间的几何关系。在图解的基础上进行解析计算得出各参数间的通用公式,为直滑轨襟翼运动机构的机助几何设计奠定了基础。
To achieve the design requirements of the flaps in the three predetermined positions of space, the displacement is decomposed by the geometric principle of motion and the motion mechanism is determined by the instantaneous spiral motion. In this paper, the geometrical relationship between the momentary helical motion related parameters such as structure and displacement is studied by using the method of geometric projection transformation of the figure. On the basis of the graphic analysis, the common formula of each parameter is obtained, which lays the foundation for the machine-assisted geometric design of the straight-slide flaps movement mechanism.
