干旱、半干旱草原沙化、退化综合整治技术优化模式

针对我国典型草原生态现状及水土流失特点,依据草地畜牧业水-草-畜平衡发展原理,充分利用有限水资源,发展灌溉饲草料地,通过线性规划数学方法求解,提出了以草地生态恢复到良性循环状态,治理区域经济效益达到最大为目标,各单项技术的最佳实施面积的草原沙化、退化综合整治实用模式,该模式依靠自然恢复(封禁、休牧)措施实施面积占94%,符合坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续发展的科学发展观,实现人与自然和谐共处的必然要求,该项研究将为我国干旱、半干旱草原沙化、退化草地生态恢复与重建提供科学依据.
