电气列车一般在行驶7500公里或行驶一个月后就应清理一次。尽管双驱动列车的电驱动装置装在密闭的箱子中,仍难免有钢或灰口铸铁的粉未落在它上面,并与油脂及灰尘混合。也许人们觉得这不是什么问题,其实不然,这恰恰是事故的隐患。1993年1月底,维也纳一辆双驱动地铁列车发生火灾,原因是修理除尘设备时没有对列车进行清理,电驱动装置中配电箱电压击穿产生火花引起的。清理列车不仅应吹洗驱动装置的电气部件,还应吹洗车底盘下部及转向架。
Electric trains generally run 7500 km or a month after driving should be cleaned once. Despite the dual-drive train’s electric drive housed in a hermetic box, it is hard to avoid the powder of steel or gray cast iron falling on it and mixing with grease and dust. Perhaps people think this is not a problem, it is not true, this is precisely the hidden dangers of the accident. At the end of January 1993, a double-drive subway train in Vienna was put on fire because repairs to the dust removal equipment did not clear the train and sparks were caused by voltage breakdown in the distribution box in the electric drive. Cleaning the train not only purges the electrical components of the drive, but also blows the underside of the chassis and bogies.
