以人为本,既是企业文化的出发点,又是构建企业和谐发展环境的立足点。企业是经济发展的主导力量,其发展离不开和谐的环境。构建企业和谐发展环境的途径很多,其中,通过企业文化建设构建企业和谐发展环境就是一个重要途径。构建企业和谐发展环境,本身就是一种文化行为。或者说,企业文化建设与构建和谐发展环境有着直接的互为表里的联系。因此,建设和完善“以人为本”的企业文化与构建和谐发展环境在内容上是一体化的。

There are many ways to build a harmonious environment for business development.
