目前,人们对自身健康的关注热度绝不亚于对股市、楼市、车市的关注,但更多的还是在身体健康方面。在寻求养生秘笈时,大家恰恰忽略了养生的真正秘笈——养心。常言道,养生贵在养心,因为始终是心在左右着我们的言行和欲望。而真正的健康,又“是身体上、心理上和社会功能上的完美状态,而不仅仅是没有疾病”。只有身体上和心理上获得了完美的健康,才有能力实现社会功能上的健康。那么,怎样才能知道自己心理上是否健康?又有什么方法可以化解?今年受邀走上央视《百家讲坛》的著名作家、心理咨询师毕淑敏,将其在《百家讲坛》的讲稿整理结集为《破解幸福密码》一书出版,目的就是为了帮助广大读者找到解决途径。针对大家眼下较关心的问题,本刊特摘选部分章节,按上、下部分分两期刊出。本期刊登的是下半部分。在这一章里,作者围绕焦虑问题,阐释现代人的心理困惑,并针对不同性格的人开出通往幸福的“药方”。希望对读者诸君有所补益。
