为建立以成本效益为中心的管理运行机制,完善内部的薪酬分配机制和财务核算体系,进一步夯实管理基础,企业必须注重构建内部市场化管理体系。内部市场化管理,就是以内部市场化为抓手,通过内部市场体系的构建及市场化分配机制的推广应用,理顺内部管理体制,挖掘降本增效潜能,提升精细化管理水平,逐步建立以成本效益为中心的管理运行机制。本文首先对内部市场化管理的概念及炼化企业的发展背景进行界定,接着系统阐述了内部市场化管理的原则,最后,具体提出了实现企业内部市场化管理的有效策略。
