当前,积极参与学习型社会建设已成为我国广播电视大学远程教育事业发展的历史主流,走在转型征途中的电大人不免有许多困惑,电大究竟该如何面对这样一个特殊的历史挑战,并在事业的内涵发展中,不断创新体制和机制,形成具有系统特色的学习型组织,以便在全民终身教育体系的构建中做出自己独特的积极贡献。下边两篇文章,也许能够在一定程度上给大家以启发和思考。
At present, actively participating in the construction of a learning society has become the mainstream of the development of distance education in China’s radio and television universities. The adults who walk in the path of transformation can not help but wonder why the TV University should face such a special historical challenge. During the connotation development of the enterprise, the system and mechanism should be constantly innovated to form a learning organization with systematic characteristics so as to make its own unique and positive contribution in the construction of universal lifelong education system.
