无碴轨道线路状态的调整只能通过扣件系统进行,相比有碴轨道而言,其对下部基础的变形要求更为严格。结合遂渝线在土质路基上修建无碴轨道试验段,提出了桩网结构地基处理技术用于软土地基的加固处理。选取典型断面,对解析计算方法进行深入探讨。通过计算可知,在遂渝线利用钢筋混凝土桩网结构对软土地基进行处理后,可满足在土质路基上修建无碴轨道对工后沉降的要求。
Ballastless track line status adjustment can only be carried out through the fastener system, compared with ballasted track, the deformation of the lower part of the more stringent requirements. Based on the construction of ballastless track test section on soil subgrade with SuiYu line, this paper puts forward the foundation treatment technology of pile net structure for the reinforcement of soft soil foundation. Select the typical cross-section, analyze the analytical method in-depth discussion. It can be seen from the calculation that after the soft soil foundation is treated by using the reinforced concrete pile net structure in SuiYu line, the requirement of post-construction settlement for ballastless track constructed on soil subgrade can be satisfied.
