目的应用ISSR分子标记技术分析中药白芷的遗传多样性。方法对4大类商品白芷及白芷近缘野生种兴安白芷共20个居群的白芷种质进行ISSR分析,利用NTSYS2.1e软件分析遗传相似系数,UPGMA方法聚类,构建亲缘关系系统图。结果9条引物共得到97条扩增条带,其中多态性条带37条,占38%;20个居群的样品聚为两大类。结论不同产地栽培白芷的遗传多样性水平较低,种质间的亲缘关系较近;而兴安白芷与4大类商品白芷存在遗传差异。
Objective To analyze the genetic diversity of Angelica dahuricae by ISSR molecular marker technique. Methods The ISSR analysis of the germplasm of Angelica dahurica in 20 populations of Angelica dahurica and Angelica dahurica were carried out by using ISSR. The genetic similarity coefficient was analyzed by NTSYS2.1e software and the phylogenetic tree was constructed by UPGMA method. Results A total of 97 amplified bands were obtained with 9 primers, of which 37 were polymorphic bands, accounting for 38%. The samples of 20 populations clustered into two groups. Conclusion The genetic diversity of Angelica dahurica cultivated in different habitats is low, and the genetic relationship between Angelica dahurica and four major categories of Angelica dahurica has genetic differences.
