荧光分光光度计多采用氙灯做光源,氙灯点亮后由9个大气压升到30个大气压。若氙灯质量有问题或安装使用不当会引起氙灯爆炸,损坏仪器,甚至危及操作者。作者曾遇到一起氙灯爆炸,现将事故发生及预防方面的意见做一介绍,供大家参考。一事故发生情况日立产M-850荧光分光光度计,原装氙灯12M10-15。从1984年7月安装使用至1986年2月仪器一直正常。水的Raman S/N>30,平均每周开机20小时。同年3月初因氙灯不稳定,故更换备用氙灯13-B7-8。更换后水的Raman s/N=31,仪器性能良好,工作了近100小时。
