嗜酸粒细胞在支气管哮喘(哮喘)患者气道中的聚集是哮喘发作的重要因素,其活化、迁移及一系列效应的产生主要依赖于其对嗜酸粒细胞趋化因子的反应。CCR3是嗜酸粒细胞趋化因子的受体,它与嗜酸粒细胞趋化因子结合后,可介导细胞对一些趋化因子的反应及产生细胞迁移、活化等效应。哮喘患者体内哮喘效应细胞CCR3表达的增加,不仅说明了效应细胞在哮喘患者气道中的聚集的又一机制,并为哮喘的治疗提供了新的方向。
Aggregation of eosinophils in the airway of patients with bronchial asthma (asthma) is an important factor in the onset of asthma, and its activation, migration and the generation of a series of effects are mainly dependent on its response to eotaxin. CCR3 is a receptor for eotaxin, which, when combined with eotaxin, mediates cellular responses to some chemokines and produces effects such as cell migration and activation. Increased expression of CCR3 in asthmatic effector cells in asthmatics not only illustrates yet another mechanism of effector cell aggregation in the airways of asthmatic patients and provides a new direction for the treatment of asthma.
