To survive, we need to continuously improve and strive to improve. Finally we stop at the “improvement” is not a method or skill to do specific work, but a value concept that guides specific work. It is a kind of “need to continue to progress”, “ The concept of protecting the status quo will fall behind. In terms of the philosophical philosophy that we have already had in China, it is to “backwards the boat and not to retreat”. To do things, we must “excellence, and finally stop at the good”. The Japanese have applied our concept of some of China’s early philosophy of “improvement” to corporate management. They regard “improvement” as a kind of corporate production, and “improvement” and “maintenance” have become an integral part of Japanese corporate management. In both aspects, all staff actively participate in “improvement” activities. Of course, the motives for companies to improve mainly come from the competition requirements of prices, quality, and services in the market. The improvement of concepts in practical work is a process-oriented management, which is very different from results-oriented management (see Table 1).
