“实事求是”这一中国语言，言简意赅地概括了马克思、恩格斯创立的辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的思想路线。它像一条红线，贯穿于马克思主义的形成、发展和壮大的过程中。它是马克思主义的基本原则，是无产阶级革命导师观察问题、处理问题的根本方法，是列宁主义的实质内容，是毛泽东思想的精髓，是邓小平理论的立足点。无产阶级的革命事业正是靠着实事求是，不断走向胜利。今后，我们还是要靠着实事求是，开创未来。
The Chinese language of “seeking truth from facts” concisely summarizes the ideological line of dialectical materialism and historical materialism founded by Marx and Engels. It is like a red line that runs through the process of the formation, development and expansion of Marxism. It is the basic principle of Marxism. It is the fundamental method for the proletariat’s revolutionary mentors to observe and deal with problems. It is the essence of Leninism, the essence of Mao Zedong Thought, and the standpoint of Deng Xiaoping Theory. The revolutionary cause of the proletariat relies on seeking truth from facts and continuously moving toward victory. In the future, we still have to rely on seeking truth from facts and create the future.
