The European Museum of Mediterranean Civilization was recently opened to the public in the French port city of Marseille. The museum is the first to introduce the Mediterranean culture to the world and is impressive with its fine hollow concrete façade. The project, designed by the French designer RUDY RICCIOTTI, was a master using concrete materials and had designed a 427-foot concrete bridge in Seoul. The museum uses clear, windproof concrete materials, with spacious space, stands in the seaside. With a total of 7 floors and a building area of 40,000 square meters, the museum crosses a slender walkway of 115 meters and a suspended aisle of 820 meters to create an elegant and efficient slim appearance.
