对118例回盲部疾病进行临床回顾性分析,恶性肿瘤占55.9％(腺癌居多),右下腹疼痛和肿块为首发和主要症状。误诊率较高是该区疾病的特点,本组门诊误诊率达44.9％,拟诊恶性肿瘤者误诊率为33.3％(22/66)。作者对回盲部疾病的特点和诊断进行了讨论。
A retrospective analysis was performed on 118 cases of ileocecal disease. Malignant tumors accounted for 55.9% (mostly adenocarcinomas). Right lower abdominal pain and masses were the first and major symptoms. The high rate of misdiagnosis is the characteristic of the disease in this district. The misdiagnosis rate of outpatients in this group is 44.9%, and the misdiagnosis rate of those diagnosed with malignant tumors is 33.3% (22/66). The author discussed the characteristics and diagnosis of ileocecal disease.
