本文指出,在当代商品经济生活中,所有权与经营权之间客观上需要产权作为联结中介。以往改革思路的根本缺陷就是忽视产权,它导致了不负责任地拿社会财产去冒险。因此,应当根据现代产权制度重新构造社会主义商品经济中的财产权力结构。作者提出了实现这一目标的具体对策。 This article points out that in contemporary commodity economic life, property rights are objectively required as a linking intermediary between ownership and management rights. The fundamental flaw in previous reforms was the neglect of property rights, which led to irresponsible risk taking of social property. Therefore, the structure of property rights in the socialist commodity economy should be reconstructed according to the modern property right system. The author proposes specific countermeasures to achieve this goal.
