在临床医学护理中,20%甘露醇注射液是一种临床常用于因各种原因引起的脑水肿、青光眼、早期肾衰等具有高渗性的脱水剂降压药。但是在室温低于15℃时极易产生甘露醇微粒甚至结晶,所以应用前应先将结晶完全溶解,热水浴方法、热接触方法、恒温箱、电磁炉和微波加热等方法是近年来被用来溶解甘露醇结晶的方法。我所在科室以前常用方法为电磁炉和微波加热法,近来我科研究了一种关于甘露醇溶解的方法-保温箱结合电热毯加热法来溶解甘露醇结晶,本文在对比以往方法的基础上,介绍我们的实验的研究过程和结果,实验证明,该方法具有一定的可行性和可操作性。
