在建筑工程项目中,成本管理具有非常重要的地位,发挥的作用也非常的突出。我们在开展成本管理时,要针对不同的影响因素实施差异化的管理,争取压缩建筑工程项目的成本,控制在承受范围以内,提升项目的价值。
In construction projects, cost management has a very important position, the role played is also very prominent.
