桃叶橙资源筛选评价及分子鉴定

以湖北省地方特色柑橘桃叶橙为研究对象,开展了资源调查、搜集及评价工作。从品质分析角度阐述了当前桃叶橙已经成为一个品种群体,果实大小、种子数量和可溶性固形物含量等性状变化较大,影响了桃叶橙的鲜食品质,不利于桃叶橙产业未来的发展。通过测定并从中优选了24份单株资源,并针对育种目标进行了资源分类,为桃叶橙选育工作奠定基础。AFLP分子鉴定从DNA水平充分证明了参试样品发生了遗传物质的变异,同时也初步探明了各单株与桃叶橙8号、18号和139号的遗传进化关系。 Taking Hubei Province citrus peach and orange with local characteristics as research object, the paper carried out resource investigation, collection and evaluation.
