Holographic interferometry is a new method of precision measuring three-dimensional micro-deformation of mechanical components. For objects with diffuse surfaces, this optical interferometry measures non-contact changes in the overall shape of the object over a thermal load or a mechanical load with an accuracy of the order of magnitude of the wavelength of the light. In order to correctly determine the cylinder piston design size, improve the efficiency of the engine, you must know the living 搴 deformation after heating. We used the holographic interferometry method to preliminary measure the thermal deformation of the engine piston of the car and obtain the quantitative measurement results.
