应用进口俄罗斯人体巩膜片作为加固材料对518人（1030只眼）少年儿童发展性近视进行了后巩膜加固术，手术安全无并发症，术后81．6％病例眼轴稳定，近视度停止增加。认为后巩膜加固术是目前治疗发展性近视的最佳方法．
Adopting imported Russian scleral lens as reinforcing material for posterior scleral reinforcement of 518 (1030 eyes) children with developmental myopia, there was no complication of operation and safety. Postoperatively, axial rigidity of 81.6% . Post-scleral reinforcement is considered the best way to treat developing myopia.
