目的探讨精液中圆形细胞对宫腔内人工受精(IUI)妊娠率的影响。方法分析2012年1月-2012年12月在我中心行IUI治疗的不孕患者精液情况1293个治疗周期,其中选择标准是处理前的精液液化时间≤60mim,处理后活动精子总数(PTMS)>5×106/ml的患者,根据处理前精液中圆形细胞浓度分成3组:Ⅰ组,≤1×106/ml;Ⅱ组,>1×106/ml,≤5×106/ml;Ⅲ组>5×106/ml。比较各组间的精液参数和IUI妊娠率。结果 1293个IUI周期共获得181例妊娠,总周期妊娠率是14.00%。精液中圆细胞浓度大于5×106/ml组妊娠率极显著低于其它两组,(0VS13.4%;0 VS 27.86%,P<0.01)。而在流产率组Ⅰ组Ⅱ均差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论在IUI治疗周期中处理前精液中圆细胞浓度大于5×106/ml时可能会是影响妊娠率的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the effect of intracytoplasmic circular cells (SUI) on intrauterine insemination (IUI) pregnancy rate. Methods A total of 1293 treatment cycles of infertile patients with IUI treated at our center from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected. The selection criteria were semen liquefaction time ≤60mim, total number of motile sperm (PTMS) after treatment> According to the concentration of round cells in the semen before treatment, the patients were divided into three groups: group Ⅰ, ≤1 × 106 / ml; group Ⅱ,> 1 × 106 / ml, ≤5 × 106 / ml; group Ⅲ > 5 × 106 / ml. The semen parameters and IUI pregnancy rates were compared between groups. Results A total of 181 pregnancies were obtained in 1293 IUI cycles and the total cycle pregnancy rate was 14.00%. The pregnancy rate of semen with round cell concentration greater than 5 × 106 / ml was significantly lower than the other two groups (0 vs 13.4%; 0 vs 27.86%, P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference in group Ⅰ between abortion rate and group Ⅰ (P> 0.05). Conclusion The intracytoplasmic sperm concentration of more than 5 × 106 / ml may play an important role in pregnancy rate during IUI treatment.
