本文介绍了清除铸件飞边的一种新方法——砂带磨削。文中,以实验为基础,系统地介绍了砂带磨削清除飞边的优点、用于清除飞边的全自动砂带磨削试验装置、铸件飞边的结构及组织、影响飞边清除的诸因素、磨削砂带的寿命、最适加工(清除)条件、砂带磨料的选择以及砂带磨削经济性推算方法等。作者认为,在具有一定批量的生产条件下,采用这种方法和装置,可使清除飞边工作实现自动化。
This article describes a new method of removing the flash of castings - belt grinding. In this paper, based on the experiment, systematically introduced the advantages of belt grinding removal flash, automatic flashing belt grinding test device for removing flash, structure and organization of the flash of castings, Factors, the life of grinding belt, the most suitable processing (removal) conditions, the choice of belt abrasive and abrasive belt economic projections and so on. The author believes that in a certain batch of production conditions, the use of this method and device, can remove the flash work automation.
