根据云煤二矿实际地质条件,深入分析“两软一硬”不稳定煤层煤壁片帮原因,得出煤体松软、顶板厚硬、液压支架初撑力低及相邻工作面开采扰动是其主要影响因素。针对影响因素,采用浅孔注水技术提高煤体黏结力,同时适度增大支架初撑力以及对煤壁破碎区超前支护,达到缓解煤壁压力的目的。
According to the actual geologic conditions of Yunmeng No.2 Mine, the reason of the coal wall slab in unstable coal seam is analyzed in depth. The results show that the coal body is soft, the roof is thick and hard, the initial support force of the hydraulic support is low, and the mining of the adjacent working face Disturbance is its main influencing factor. According to the influencing factors, the shallow hole injection technology is used to improve the cohesive force of coal, meanwhile, the initial propping force of brackets is increased moderately and the advanced support to the broken wall of coal wall is achieved, so as to relieve the pressure of coal wall.
