1996年,我国粗钢产量首次超一亿吨大关,跃居世界第一位,此后钢铁产量连年增长,始终保持世界第一的位置。面对钢铁行业的产能过剩,国家在加快推进淘汰落后的同时,也支持钢铁企业“走出去”战略。但目前,我国仍没有一家大型钢企称得上是真正的跨国公司。国际化已成为衡量我国钢铁产业竞争力的重要指标之一,而属地化战略是中国钢铁企业真正“走出去”、实现国际化战略的必由之路。
In 1996, China’s crude steel output surpassed 100 million tons for the first time, ranking the first in the world. Since then, its steel output has been increasing year by year and has remained the No. 1 place in the world. Faced with overcapacity in the steel industry, while accelerating the phase-out and backwardness of the steel industry, the country also supports the iron and steel enterprises’ strategy of “going global”. However, at present, there is still not a large steel enterprise in our country that is regarded as a truly multinational corporation. Internationalization has become one of the most important indicators to measure the competitiveness of China’s steel industry. The localization strategy is the only way for Chinese steelmakers to “go global” and achieve their internationalization strategy.
