本文采用V-H标本和未孕家兔子宫,对麦角新碱外周拟交感作用特点,进行了初步探讨。实验资料表明,麦角新碱和去甲肾上腺素的作用在很多方面是相似的:如增强输精管对电刺激下腹神经的反应,阿托品不能对抗它们的这一作用,而育亨宾和胍乙啶则能对抗之,两者引起的V-H标本的自发性收缩不会被胍乙啶对抗,以及它们兴奋家兔子宫的作用可被育亨宾所对抗等;唯一不同之处,就是在低温低氧情况下,麦角新碱能增强输精管对直接电刺激的效应,而去甲肾上腺素则能抑制这一效应,其原因有待进一步探讨。此外,还证明V-H标本和家兔子宫对麦角新碱的敏感性,与组织中儿茶酚胺含量有密切关系,利用利血平排空组织中儿茶酚胺之后,可显著地增敏实验标本对麦角新碱的反应性。
