从示范高职建设到骨干高职建设到优质高职建设,校企合作、产教融合一直是高职教育发展的主线。校企合作中的文化冲突成为推动校企合作不断创新发展的内在动力,课题组通过走访、调查,对高职院校校企合作中文化冲突的表现进行了梳理和成因分析,并由此提出对校企合作中文化冲突的管理建议。
