我院1991年1月～1994年12月收治子痫58例,现作回顾性分析,并就子痫的预防、治疗方案的 选择进行讨论。 1 资料与结果 1.1 年龄及孕产次:最大36岁,最小17岁,以21～25岁年龄组居多,占69％。初产妇54例,经产妇4例。 1.2 发病时间及子痫类型:42例≥37孕周,16例<37孕周。产前子痫24例(41.4％);产时子痫29例(50％);产后子痫5例(8.6％)均在产后六小时内发病。院内子痫6例,院外转入52例。
58 cases of eclampsia were treated in our hospital from January 1991 to December 1994, and retrospectively analyzed. The options of prevention and treatment of eclampsia were discussed. 1 Materials and Results 1.1 Age and Maternal Time: up to 36 years old, the youngest 17 years old, 21 to 25 years old age group, accounting for 69%. 54 cases of primipara, 4 cases of mothers. 1.2 onset time and type of eclampsia: 42 cases ≥ 37 gestational weeks, 16 cases of <37 gestational weeks. Prenatal eclampsia was found in 24 cases (41.4%); prenatal eclampsia in 29 cases (50%); postpartum eclampsia in 5 cases (8.6%) all occurred within 6 hours after delivery. The hospital eclampsia in 6 cases, 52 cases transferred to hospital.
