研究了在线混凝/超滤工艺对北方低温、低浊源水的处理效果,并与直接超滤的处理效果进行对比。结果表明,直接超滤与在线混凝/超滤对浊度的去除基本无差别,所有超滤产水水样的浊度值均低于0.1 NTU;在线混凝/超滤工艺可显著提高对有机物的去除率,且对有机物的去除效果与混凝剂投量有关;在线混凝/超滤工艺对大分子有机物的去除效果提高显著,但对小分子有机物(特别是分子质量<1 ku的有机物)的去除效果提高不明显;在线混凝/超滤工艺可显著减缓膜污染,其膜污染类型主要是可逆的外部污染。
The effect of on-line coagulation / ultrafiltration process on the low temperature and low turbidity source water in the north was studied and compared with that of direct ultrafiltration. The results showed that turbidity removal by direct ultrafiltration and on-line coagulation / ultrafiltration were almost the same, and the turbidity values of all the ultrafiltration water samples were lower than 0.1 NTU. On-line coagulation / ultrafiltration technology could significantly improve the turbidity of Organic matter removal rate, and the removal of organic matter and coagulant dosage; online coagulation / ultrafiltration process significantly improve the removal of macromolecular organic matter, but the small organic molecules (especially the molecular weight <1 ku Organic matter) removal efficiency is not obvious; online coagulation / ultrafiltration process can significantly reduce membrane fouling, the membrane fouling types are mainly reversible external pollution.
