知识经济时代,随着世界各国间教育交流和竞争的加强以及对教育产出评估的关注,不少国家都开展国内和国际的基础教育质量测评。本文通过比较本国的国家教育质量评估项目(NAEQ)和国际学生评估项目(PISA)在项目创立、项目实施、项目结果报告与反馈的异同,得出PISA对我国NAEQ的启示,分别是树立促进学生终身发展、全面发展的价值取向、建立测评结果报告的公开反馈机制、建立对教育问题的快速反应机制以及逐步采用现代化的计算机测试方式,以期引起我国大规模教育测评与评价的反思。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, with the strengthening of education exchanges and competition among all the countries in the world and the concern about the evaluation of educational output, many countries carry out the assessment of the quality of basic education at home and abroad. By comparing the similarities and differences between the national education quality assessment program (NAEQ) and the International Student Assessment Program (PISA) in project establishment, project implementation and project result reporting and feedback, this paper draws the enlightenment of PISA on NAEQ in our country, Lifelong development and all-round development, setting up an open feedback mechanism for the evaluation report, setting up a rapid response mechanism to education problems, and gradually adopting modern computer testing methods in order to arouse the reflection of the large-scale education evaluation and evaluation in our country.
