本文报道了河南省五年来蟑螂防治研究的成果。河南室内蟑螂共有三属六种:美州大蠊为全省广布种,黑胸大蠊与德国小蠊次之,日本大蠊分布在郑州、洛阳,褐斑大蠊仅在洛阳发现,中华真地鳖广泛分布在农村,城市住宅区偶见。全省受蟑螂侵害程度由北向南呈加重之势,尤其是沿京广铁路线的城市受侵害为重,其中信阳市居家侵害率高达78.08%,房间阳性率达56.20%。全省蟑螂活动期为4─11月份,7─10月份为活动高峰。对五种不同环境的蟑螂进行体内外带菌和寄生虫卵的调查,检出7个菌属和蛔虫卵、钩虫卵和螨类,其中沙门氏菌属检出鼠伤寒杆菌4例,伤寒杆菌7例,副伤寒杆菌2例。使用凯素灵可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂和灭虫灵粉剂防治蟑螂试点观察,灭效均在95%以上,其中凯素灵可湿性粉剂与悬浮剂在施药后的90天内,蟑螂密度下降率均在94%以上,而且两种剂型效果无差异。全省通过宣传发动、技术培训等行政措施和环境治理、化学喷洒、毒饵覆盖、监测巩固等技术措施后,已有32个城市的居室蟑螂侵害率由灭前的9.30%─56.20%,下降到0.019%─0.14%,均达到了中爱卫办[1988]177号文件规定的“灭蟑先进市区”标准。
This paper reports the results of research on cockroach control in five years in Henan Province.
