选用PanaviaEx釉质粘结剂、Ni-Cr合金,选择20例11松动度Ⅲ°以上,牙槽骨吸收大于2/3的牙周炎患者,分为两组.一组设计下颌前牙区3+3舌侧Ni-Cr合金粘结固定夹板作为受试组,一组设计3+3光固化直接固定夹板作为对照组.用牙周测试仪测定松动牙固定前后的松动度,并观察两组夹板在口腔内的保持时间.结果表明受试组对松动牙的牙周测定值、保留时间明显优于对照组,提示运用PanaviaEx粘结固定夹板可以作为一种保留牙周炎松动牙的有效手段
Choose PanaviaEx enamel binder, Ni-Cr alloy, 20 cases of 11 degrees of freedom Ⅲ ° above, the alveolar bone absorption greater than 2/3 of periodontitis patients were divided into two groups. A set of 3 + 3 lingual Ni-Cr alloy bonded splints was designed as the experimental group, and a group of 3 + 3 light-cured direct splints were designed as the control group. The periodontal tester was used to measure the degree of loosening before and after the loose tooth was fixed, and the holding time of the two splints in the oral cavity was observed. The results showed that the test group on the loose teeth of the periodontal value, the retention time was significantly better than the control group, suggesting that the use of PanaviaEx adhesive splint can be used as an effective means to retain periodontitis loose teeth
