本文报道了以单克隆抗体C2 4 1作为捕捉抗体 ,以C2 4 2为标记抗体的碘标固相双位点夹心式CA2 4 2免疫放射分析 (IRMA)的稳定性研究。实验结果表明 ,包被珠、标记抗体、加入稳定剂后的标准及缓冲液在 4℃存放 8周仍可获得理想的实验结果。而未加入稳定剂的标准 ,当存放条件为 4℃、室温和 37℃时 ,分别在第 7周、第 2周第第 1周失活。 37℃存放包被珠时 ,各标准点的结合率降低 ,并且非特异性吸附升高。37℃存放标记抗体到第 3周时仍很稳定 ,到第 4周时略有下降
In this paper, we report the stability of a dual-site sandwich-type CA2 4 2 immuno-radiometric assay (IRMA) using the monoclonal antibody C2 4 1 as the capture antibody and C2 4 2 as the labeled antibody. The experimental results show that the ideal experimental results can be obtained after the coated beads, the labeled antibody, the standard after adding the stabilizer and the buffer stored at 4 ° C for 8 weeks. The standard without stabilizer was inactivated when the storage conditions were 4 ℃, room temperature and 37 ℃, respectively, in the 7th week, the 1st week of the 2nd week.
