本文着重从以下几个方面验证了新研制的气孔计测定结果的可靠性。１．气孔计测定值与印迹法测量结果相比较，证明两者呈直线正相关，相关系数为０．９７；２．气孔计测定值与渗入法测量结果相比较，证明两者也呈直线正相关，相关系数为０．９８；３．气孔计测定的日变化曲线与蒸腾强度的日变化曲线相吻合；４．对同一叶片上、下表皮的测定结果也表明：气孔计值能够客观地反映气孔开度。
This article focuses on the following aspects to verify the newly developed stomatal determination of the reliability of the results. 1. Compared with the results of the imprinting method, the results of stomatal measurements show a positive linear correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.97; 2. Compared with the results of infiltration method, the measured value of the stomatometer shows that there is a linear correlation between the two and the correlation coefficient is 0.98; 3. The daily variation curve of the stomatometer coincided with the diurnal variation curve of transpiration intensity.4. The results of the determination on the upper and lower epidermis of the same leaf also show that the stomatal count can objectively reflect the stomatal opening.
