以欧李优系试管苗为试材,采用单因素试验设计,研究了不同生长调节物质组合、基本培养基类型、附加物和蔗糖浓度对试管苗生长状态和增殖效率的影响。结果表明:在MS+6-BA 0.5mg·L~(-1)+KT 0.5mg·L~(-1)+IBA 0.05mg·L~(-1)培养基上,附加水解乳蛋白(LH)300mg·L~(-1)、蔗糖35g·L~(-1)、琼脂5.8g·L~(-1),为欧李优系试管苗增殖的最佳培养条件。
Using the test-tube plantlets of Ou-Li-You as test material, single-factor experiment design was used to study the effects of different combinations of growth-regulating substances, basic medium types, additives and sucrose concentrations on the growth status and proliferation efficiency of test-tube seedlings. The results showed that hydrolyzed milk protein (LH) was added to medium supplemented with 0.5 mg · L -1 of MS + 6-BA and 0.5 mg · L -1 of KT and 0.05 mg · L -1 of IBA ) 300mg · L -1, 35g · L -1 sucrose and 5.8g · L -1 agar were the best culture conditions for the proliferation of vitro.
