为了加快中国汽车安全技术的发展,中国的汽车工程师在进行安全设计时应该打破常规设计思路,采用大胆而创新的技术路线。当前欧美设计师为达到汽车安全标准所采用的手段是完全依赖于碰撞假人(比如混三假人),这不可避免地会需要较长的汽车安全性设计周期。如果以真实人体的计算机模型代替假人模型,并且使用基于人体模型的计算仿真来进行所有的汽车碰撞安全性设计,那么汽车安全设计的进程将会大大加快,设计周期也将显著缩短,并且依此而设计的车辆也将更加安全。最终仍可以采用基于碰撞假人的实车碰撞试验来考察是否达到碰撞安全标准。
