某市市直部分医保参保人群高血压患病率及相关因素分析

[目的]了解廊坊市市直部分医保人群高血压的患病情况,掌握其流行规律。[方法]以在廊坊市中医院进行体检的部分廊坊市直医疗保险参保人群12 224人为调查对象,进行高血压病患病情况及相关因素的分析。[结果]本人群的高血压患病率为38.77%,Logistic分析显示性别、年龄、职业、BMI、高血脂症是高血压的危险因素。[结论]本市市直医保人群中的高血压患病率较高,将是慢性病防治工作的重点。 [Objective] To understand the prevalence of hypertension in straight-line Medicare population in Langfang City and to grasp its epidemic law. [Methods] A total of 12 224 insured persons in Langfang City, part of the medical examination in Langfang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, were included in this study. The prevalence of hypertension and related factors were analyzed. [Results] The prevalence of hypertension in our population was 38.77%. Logistic analysis showed that gender, age, occupation, BMI and hyperlipidemia were the risk factors of hypertension. [Conclusion] The prevalence of hypertension in the city direct insurance group is higher, which will be the focus of prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
