目的 为研究非 4℃条件储运不同时间后CPDA血液保存有效期的变化。方法 采集 10名健康献血者全血各 2 0 0ml ,每袋分出 5 0ml标记为对照组 ,其余标记为实验组 ;将对照组置于 4℃冰箱保存 ,于保存末期检测红细胞ATP含量为临界ATP ;将实验组置于 10℃保存 2 4h ,然后放入 4℃冰箱继续保存 ,每天测定ATP等指标 ,以临界ATP为指示点确定剩余保存有效期。重复上述方法 ,测定血液在不同温度保存 48h和 72h后的剩余保存有效期。结果 血液常温储存 2 4h保存有效期变化不明显 ,储存 48h以上则保存有效期明显缩短 ,温度越高剩余保存有效期越短。结论 血液在常温下储运 2 4h~ 72h ,入库 ( 4℃冰箱 )后应相应确定继续保存时间 ,以保证血液保存质量和输注疗效。
Objective To study the changes of the shelf life of CPDA after storage and transportation at different time of non-4 ℃. Methods The whole blood of 10 healthy blood donors was collected. The total volume of blood was 200 ml, and 50 ml of each bag was labeled as the control group. The rest were labeled as experimental group. The control group was stored in refrigerator at 4 ℃, ATP; the experimental group was stored at 10 ℃ for 24 hours, and then placed in a refrigerator at 4 ℃ to save the daily determination of ATP and other indicators to the critical point of ATP as the indicator to determine the remaining shelf-life. The above method was repeated to determine the remaining shelf-life of the blood after storage at different temperatures for 48h and 72h. Results The storage of blood at room temperature for 24 h had no significant change in the expiration date of storage, while storage of more than 48 h had a significant reduction in the expiration date. The higher the temperature, the shorter the remaining expiration date. Conclusion The blood should be stored and transported at normal temperature for 24 hours to 72 hours. Storage should be continued after storage (at 4 ℃ in refrigerator) to ensure the quality of blood preservation and the efficacy of infusion.
