Angiography is one of the most commonly used techniques in the application of dual-helical CT. Accurate and direct identification of intrahepatic portal and hepatic veins is essential for preoperative liver surgery design prior to liver cancer and liver transplantation and some other liver surgeries [1]. In this paper, two kinds of reconstruction techniques of three-dimensional volume reconstruction (VR) and multi-faceted reconstruction (MPR) are applied in order to improve various diseases caused by abnormalities of hepatic portal vein
