台湾地区中兴大学研究人员利用基因工程技术,提高稻米的营养价值,成功育出芝麻营养米。研究人员将芝麻2S清蛋白的基因植入台农67号品系水稻中,培育出含有芝麻2S清蛋白的新品种水稻,取名为芝麻营养米。芝麻营养米主要是提高了稻米蛋白质中蛋氨酸(或称甲硫氨酸)的含量
Researchers at Taiwan’s Chung Hsing University, using genetic engineering technology to improve the nutritional value of rice, successfully raised sesame nutrition rice. Researchers will sesame 2S albumin gene into TaiNong 67 strains of rice, cultivate with sesame 2S albumin new varieties of rice, known as the sesame nutrient rice. Sesame nutrient rice is mainly to increase the methionine (or methionine) content in rice protein
