本文介绍了一种硝化滴滤池模型,主要考察了塞流参数、液态氨浓度、细菌分层和流体载荷对过滤过程的影响。同时对模型模拟值进行了实验验证。结果表明:塞流参数是影响过滤过程的首要因素,硝化作用沿过滤柱从上到下急剧下降,固有硝化速率与流体载荷速度呈正相关。硝化能力的模拟值稍高于实际值,尤其在流体载荷速度较低时,二者偏离更大。
In this paper, a model of nitrification trickling filter is introduced. The effects of plug flow parameters, liquid ammonia concentration, bacterial stratification and fluid loading on the filtration process are investigated. At the same time, the model simulation value is verified experimentally. The results showed that the plug flow parameter was the primary factor affecting the filtration process. The nitrification decreased sharply from top to bottom along the filter column. The inherent nitrification rate was positively correlated with the fluid loading speed. The simulated value of nitrification ability is slightly higher than the actual value, especially when the fluid load speed is low, the two deviate more.
