运用实验法、调查问卷法以及数据统计等研究方法,对健身气功.马王堆导引术中老年女性锻炼者的心境状态进行统计分析,结果显示,锻炼者的消极情绪,如愤怒、疲劳、抑郁等指数显著降低;积极情绪,如精力、自尊感指数则明显上升。结果说明,健身气功.马王堆导引术锻炼,对中老年女性的心境状态有改善作用,同时可为该功法的推广提供科学依据。
Using the methods of experiment, questionnaire and data statistics, the author analyzes the state of mental health of Elderly female exercisers in Health Qigong and Mawangdui. The results show that negative emotions such as anger, fatigue, Depression and other indicators decreased significantly; positive emotions, such as energy, self-esteem index increased significantly. The results show that Health Qigong Mawangdui guide training exercise can improve the state of mind of middle-aged and elderly women, and provide a scientific basis for the promotion of the exercise.
