随着我国人口老年化程度的不断加剧,电力企业离退休的人员越来越多。电力企业的离退休职工对于我国电力企业的发展及国民经济的建设所起到的促进作用巨大,他们将自己最好的年华都奉献给了电力企业,在他们退休之后,做好离退休管理工作意义重大,而要想将这一工作做得更好,需要电力政工人员具有较高的综合素质。基于此,本文主要对当前电力企业离退休职工管理工作存在问题及对电力政工人员的素质要求进行了分析和研究。希望对相关人士有所帮助。
