目的:筛选朱红膏肾脏靶器官早期毒性的敏感指标。方法:将80只SD大鼠随机分为8个组:朱红膏A、B、C、D、E,5个剂量组,基质组(凡士林),溃疡模型组及皮肤破损组。连续给药14d,记录给药7d及14d大鼠体质量,并测定尿液pH值及NAG、RBP水平。结果:A、B、C、D组大鼠体质量增长受到抑制;给药7d,尿液存在大量酸性样本,不符合检测β2-MG的条件;给药7d,A组NAG及RBP水平均升高;给药14d,A组NAG水平升高,A、B、C、D组RBP含量均明显升高。结论:RBP可以作为朱红膏肾脏靶器官早期毒性的监测指标,并且较NAG敏感。
Objective: To screen the sensitive index of early toxicity of the kidney target organs of Zhuhong cream. Methods: Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups: Zhuhong cream A, B, C, D, E, 5 doses group, matrix group (petrolatum), ulcer model group and skin damage group. The rats were administrated continuously for 14 days. The body weight of rats was recorded on the 7th day and the 14th day after administration. The urine pH, NAG and RBP levels were also measured. Results: The body weight of rats in groups A, B, C and D was inhibited. At 7 days after administration, a large number of acidic samples were found in urine, which did not meet the requirement of β2-MG testing. On the 7th day after administration, the levels of NAG and RBP increased After administration for 14 days, the level of NAG in group A was increased, and the RBP levels in group A, B, C and D were significantly increased. CONCLUSION: RBP can be used as an indicator of the early toxicity of renal organs of Zhu Hong cream and is more sensitive than NAG.
