肝癌是全世界最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前缺乏有效的治疗手段,寻找肝癌新的治疗策略显得尤为迫切。基因治疗途径(依赖遗传物质转染细胞如溶瘤病毒、抑癌基因、自杀基因、编码抗血管生成因子基因、小干扰RNA(siRNA)和免疫调节分子基因)为肝癌治疗提供了富有希望的治疗途径,并且已经在肝癌和转移性肝癌的动物模型中进行了大量的实验评估,治疗的载体和基因的多样性,单独或联合应用基因治疗的途径可能在控制肝癌生长方面产生有利的效果。
Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world.
