为研究并优化滑移转向装载机液压系统热平衡性能,分析计算了滑移装载机行走液压系统与工作液压系统的发热功率与整机的散热功率,并针对该系统提出了优化方案。理论分析计算及试验数据的对照分析表明:液压系统热平衡优化方案正确有效,优化后的液压系统热平衡温度满足实际工程作业的要求。
In order to study and optimize the thermal balance performance of hydraulic system of skid steer loaders, the heating power of skid steer hydraulic system and working hydraulic system and the cooling power of the whole machine are analyzed and calculated, and the optimization scheme is put forward for the system. The theoretical analysis and calculation and experimental data comparison analysis show that: the hydraulic system thermal balance optimization program is correct and effective, the optimized thermal equilibrium temperature of the hydraulic system meets the requirements of the actual engineering operation.
