1褐腐病病菇幼时受侵染,无法进行分化,后期则形成不规则的灰白色“疙瘩头”。温度在20℃以上时,4~5天病菇色泽变暗,继之腐烂,渗出褐色、酱油状液汁,并腐烂、发臭;若棚温低于20℃,该过程约需7天以上。子实体生长中期受侵染,则在菌盖表面出现褐色病斑,菌柄呈粗胖状,继之菇体变软,渗出暗褐色液滴。切开病菇其内部组织由原来的白色变为乌白色,菇体软腐后则变为乌褐色,并发出臭味。
