本文叙述了在压力300和200atm、温度400~500℃、反应气含氨2~18%、含惰性气12、16与21%和氢氮比1.5~4.5、以及催化剂筛折粒度3.3~4.7mm、4.7~6.7mm与6.7~9.4mm时,A110-2氨合成催化剂的有效系数(EffectivenessFactor)计算值。还叙述了计及孔内扩散传质影响的最佳反应温度计算值。这些数值可供合成塔内件设计和操作分析时参考和使用。
This paper describes the reaction conditions of 300 ~ 200 atm, 400 ~ 500 ℃, 2 ~ 18% ammonia in the reaction gas, 12,16 and 21% inert gas, 1.5 ~ 4.5 hydrogen and nitrogen, , 4.7 ~ 6.7mm and 6.7 ~ 9.4mm, A110-2 ammonia synthesis catalyst effective coefficient (EffectivenessFactor) calculated value. The calculation of the optimum reaction temperature that takes into account the effects of diffusion and mass transfer in the pores is also described. These values are for reference and use in the design and operation of the synthesis column internals.
